Our group classes consist of constantly varied functional movements performed in a fun group environment. All our workouts are based on functional movements, to help you be more fit in your day-to-day life. Designed to actively challenge effort and coordination with 55 minute class sessions. No two sessions are alike, and all are fun, fast-paced, and extremely motivating, which is unique compared to a traditional gym based class. The result is an increase in fitness as well as improved metabolism, body composition, and exercise technique.
Haven't worked out in a long time or ever? That's okay! Our workouts are designed to accommodate your fitness level and ability. Modifications are made to create a successful performance that is challenging and rewarding. Whether you just want to get into shape or are training for an event or team, we can cater our workouts to your needs and goals.
